Modern Slavery Act
Policy Statement
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and human trafficking. All of these have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
At Wayarc, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Supply Chain Transparency
We expect high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. As part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor. We also expect our suppliers to hold their suppliers to the same high standards.
Our company operates across regulated markets in the private and public sectors. Our employees work across operations in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Australia.
Responsibility for the Policy
